These License Terms (“License”) explicitly outline the legal usage framework for all digital content, creative design work, custom software, websites, digital marketing assets, proprietary training materials, and other intellectual property developed or provided by Adverhub to our clients and web visitors.
By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or utilizing any deliverables provided by Adverhub, you legally agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.
Ownership of Intellectual Property & Creative Assets
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a formal, signed written agreement, all intellectual property rights in materials created by Adverhub remain the sole property of Adverhub until full, unconditional payment has been received.
Our intellectual property protection extends to, but is not limited to:
Web & UI/UX Design: Custom website designs, UI/UX wireframes, website source code, and application architecture.
Creative & Branding Assets: Graphic designs, custom logos (prior to formal ownership transfer), advertising creatives, and social media content creation.
Strategy & Video Production: Digital marketing strategies, commercial videos, animations, and AI-generated creative assets.
Corporate Resources: Training materials, internal documentation, client presentations, workflow templates, analytical reports, and proprietary internal workflows/methodologies.
⚠️ Note: Nothing within these terms transfers ownership of any asset unless specifically stated and executed in writing.
Client Usage License (Pre-Payment & Project Scope)
Upon receipt of full payment and subject to your specific project service agreement, Adverhub grants the client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final approved deliverables for their intended business operations.
Under this approved client license, you are permitted to:
Deploy and operate the completed website, web application, or custom software.
Publish approved graphics, digital marketing campaigns, and ad creatives.
Utilize branding assets across official business operations.
Display completed work across global digital and print platforms.
This license automatically activates only after all outstanding invoices and milestones have been paid in full.
Ownership Transfer Post-Full Payment
Once all financial obligations to Adverhub are fully satisfied, the following ownership structure applies unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Custom Deliverables: The client becomes the outright owner of the final, approved custom deliverables created specifically for their project.

Proprietary Resources: Adverhub retains permanent ownership of any proprietary frameworks, reusable code components, design templates, internal tools, core software libraries, development methodologies, and automation systems used during building. Adverhub reserves the right to use these base resources in future projects.
Third-Party Software & Licensed Resources
Our web development and digital marketing projects frequently integrate third-party resources, including:

Open-source software, premium plugins, and website themes.

Licensed web fonts, stock photographs, icons, and stock videos.

Third-party APIs, AI platform integrations, and cloud services.
These components remain subject to the distinct licensing terms of their respective owners. Clients hold sole responsibility for complying with third-party license agreements. Adverhub cannot transfer legal ownership of intellectual property belonging to third-party providers.
Website & Custom Software License Restrictions
For custom websites, web applications, and proprietary software developed by our agency:

Allowed: Clients may modify their website post-delivery, appoint third-party developers for maintenance, and create backups for business continuity.

Prohibited: Clients may not resell the source code as a standalone commercial product, claim Adverhub’s proprietary development frameworks as their own, redistribute internal code libraries, or remove legally required copyright notices.
Creative Design & Branding License
All graphic designs, layouts, and brand assets produced by Adverhub are licensed solely for the designated client and the approved project scope.
Strictly Prohibited: Reselling design files as commercial templates, selling raw design files to third parties, or using/deploying draft concepts that were not explicitly approved or purchased.
Training Materials & Educational Content
All training manuals, corporate presentations, educational videos, strategy worksheets, course structures, and resources prepared by Adverhub are protected by international copyright laws. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, sold, or uploaded to external learning platforms without written authorization.
Website Content License
All content published on our official domain, [https://adverhub.in](https://adverhub.in) (including text, graphics, icons, digital media, layouts, and brand elements), is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Suspension or Termination of License

Copyright Infringement Claims (DMCA)
If you believe that any content hosted on our website infringes upon your personal or corporate intellectual property rights, please contact us immediately with comprehensive details so we can investigate and execute corrective action.
